London Badminton Clubs Pages
This group is dedicated to promoting badminton in London, in a fair & friendly way. We promote clubs that welcome players of all standards and that run their sessions in a fair & unselfish way.
Here is a current list of the best clubs for all standards:
1) Sobell Badminton Club is one of North London's best-known badminton clubs and is part of Sobell Leisure Centre.
2) London Badminton Academy is a suitable club for the development of players of all standards. The club has a number of qualified coaches, including advanced coaches and an assessor appointed by Badminton England.
Please contact us if you know of any more clubs in London that fit our criteria:
a) Welcome players of all standards;
b) Run their sessions in a fair & unselfish way (e.g. no continuous games for the organiser & his mates etc);
c) Charge a fair price for each session.

The club is very friendly and welcomes all new players of every ability. If you are interested in playing, feel free to come along to one of our club-sessions.Club sessions are held at the Sobell Leisure Centre on Hornsey Road, London N7 7NY, which is in close proximity to Finsbury Park and Holloway underground stations and the A1 - Holloway Road.

Fridays 7.30pm 10.30pm
Sundays 4.00pm 6.30pm
Club sessions are run on a turn-up-and-pay basis, with the current entrance fee of £6.70 payable on the door. Members, who are residents of Islinton pay £5.60.
